When a tree needs to be removed and is in an awkward position or space is limited, usually there is a greenhouse or oil tank below, the tree then has to be dismantled. This is achieved gradually, using lowering ropes or controlled throws to land the branches and logs safely on the floor.
The use of rigging ropes is a very specialised arboricultural practice, our staff are qualified to carry this out safely. Very large pieces can be safely brought down with no damage to the surrounding area.
